About Our faculty
The following are the three educational objectives of the faculty of business administration:
- 1.
- Fostering capable individuals rooted in a humanistic perspective
We aim to foster people equipped not only with intellect but with a deep and sensitive understanding of humanity and its underlying currents, and an ability to create value based on such understanding. - 2.
- Fostering capable individuals with the specialized knowledge and skills required to solve problems
We aim to foster people of insight and foresight with the ability to offer solutions to a wide range of complex business and social issues, who can effectively gather information and master the latest information technology. - 3.
- Fostering capable individuals who can contribute to international community
We aim to foster people with global awareness that can take action from a diversified, global perspective.
In order to realize these educational objectives we offer two courses for choice in the sophomore year and beyond. These can be taken concurrently.
1) Creative Management
Students in this course can select one of five sub-courses: (1) business administration; (2) accounting; (3) marketing; (4) international human resource development; and (5) monetary and financial services. This course offers training to foster people capable of creative business administration skills befitting the time.
2) Management through Technology
Students in this course can select one of the three sub-courses: (1) environmental management; (2) management information; and (3) information systems. This course offers integrated training in the humanities and science, developing in students knowledge of business administration, as well as information and environmental sciences.
