On August 2, a Soka University student lifesaving club organized a course on emergency resuscitation techniques for students participating in extracurricular club activities, as well as for citizens in the local community. Participants learned ways to treat victims of heat stroke, physical trauma, bleeding and heart attacks using mouth-to-mouth and heart massage techniques, and the automated external defibrillator (AED) unit. |
