Soka full-contact karate team wins kickboxing championship

Soka University’s full-contact karate team won the national championship hosted by the University Kickboxing Federation in Tokyo on June 26. The team became national champions for the third time after winning its second crown in 2008. The Soka team beat out 11 schools, including Tokai University, Toyo University, Nihon University and Kokushikan University, to emerge as contest winners. |
