Admission Information for the School of International Peace Studies which has launched in April 2018

The School of International Peace Studies, a new Master’s program in the field of international relations and peace studies, has launched in April 2018 with the purpose to cultivate creative global citizens who lead the international society as it experiences unprecedented changes through the acceleration of globalization.

Admissions for the April 2019 entry to the School of International Peace Studies will be held three times during the Japanese school year (April-March) of 2018 as follows:

The First Examination (Open to current Soka University students only)
Application period: April 6-13, 2018
Interview: May 19, 2018
Result announcement: May 25, 2018

The Second Examination (Open to all)
Application period: August 17-23, 2018
Interview: September 29, 2018
Result announcement: October 5, 2018

The Third Examination (Open to all)
Application period: November 5-16, 2018
Interview: January 14, 2019
Result announcement: January 18, 2019

Admissions will be based on document reviews (transcripts, references, study plan, and English fluency test score such as TOEFL) and the interview (for some applicants).
