Soka University’s New Prince Hall on the 1st floor of the Lecture Hall Classroom Building and the Gran Café on the 4th floor of the Central Education Tower “Global Square” were both renewed and now open from the fall semester.

Menus have been refreshed along with the change to the new operational consigned company LEOC Co., Ltd. At the New Prince Hall, daily and weekly set meals will be provided at 500 yen, as well as udon and soba at 250 yen, daily Chinese noodle specials at 420 yen, weekly rice bowl specials at 400 yen, and LEOC curry at 380 yen. A new vegetarian menu “L–vege Salad” (Limited menu per day) will also be provided. The 100 yen breakfast will still continue.

The Gran Café on the 4th floor of the Central Education Tower “Global Square” will also serve desserts including various crepes from 220 to 260 yen, LEOC Pudding at 180 yen, as well as food menus such as daily lunch boxes from 400 yen. There is also a rich variety of beverages such as small size coffee at 100 yen, small size Latte Frappe at 300 yen, and a drink bar at 180 yen.

At Soka University, countermeasures for the Covid-19 are established in restaurants and cafés by having partitions and chairs placed apart so that social distancing is in place.
