The University held a "Graduation and Entrance Ceremony Operation Committee" consisting of representatives of the Board of Directors, faculty, staff, and students to discuss the holding of the "2022 Graduation Ceremony" and the "2023 Entrance Ceremony". As a result, we are pleased to announce that the following has been decided. (*For Soka women’s college students, please check the Soka women’s college website. <49th Soka University / 37th Soka Women’s College Commencement Ceremony>
【Date】March 18th, 2023 (Sat), 1:30 pm start of the ceremony
【Venue】Ikeda Auditorium, Soka University
【Broadcasting Site】Gymnasium, Soka University
*[Meeting time] Graduates will be accepted at the designated location between 10 am and 11:30 am.
Parents and guarantors are requested to arrive at the notified main site or Broadcasting LIVE site between 12:00 and 13:00.
Details will be notified to eligible applicants at the end of February.

<53rd Soka University / 39th Soka Women’s College Entrance Ceremony>
【Date】April 2nd, 2023 (Sun), 1:30 pm start of the ceremony
【Venue】Ikeda Auditorium, Soka University
【Broadcasting Site】Gymnastic, Soka University
*[Meeting time] The new students are going to meet by 10 am in designated classrooms.
Parents and Guarantors (Undergraduate students) will also be invited to the "Parents Meeting by Department" from 10 am in designated classrooms.
Parents and guarantors (Graduate students) are requested to arrive at the notified main site or Broadcasting LIVE site between 12:00 and 13:00.
Details will be notified to eligible students in mid-March.

< The Holding of the "2022 Graduation Ceremony" and the "2023 Entrance Ceremony">
・Both the graduation and entrance ceremonies will be held jointly by Soka University and Soka Women's College.
・Up to two parents/guardians/guarantors per graduate/new student will be invited to the main ceremony site or to the on-campus broadcast site.
・For those parents/guardians unable to attend the ceremony on campus, the ceremony will also be broadcasted online.
・Please use public transportation to come to the campus.

Depending on the situation, the venue and the plans for the ceremony may change. If this occurs, an announcement will be posted on the university website.
