On May 8th (Monday), President Igenbayev Alimzhan Bekezhanovich and his delegation from Suleyman Demirel University in the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the central education building of our university and had a discussion with President Masashi Suzuki and others.

Suleyman Demirel University was established in 1996 by the first president of Kazakhstan and the ninth president of Turkey, and it has approximately 8,000 students studying in faculties such as engineering, law, education, and management.

During the discussion, President Suzuki mentioned that both universities share the principle of "putting students first" and emphasized their commitment to education that unleashes students' potential. He also expressed prospects for future exchanges and collaborations.

President Igenbayev stated that their university has many students with a high interest in Japan and expressed his desire to promote exchanges with Soka University, which has a global educational environment.
