On this special occasion, it is a great pleasure for me to convey my heartiest congratulations to Professor Yoshihisa Baba, President of Soka University, as well as members of staff and students of Soka University which is celebrating its 50th anniversary on 2nd April 2021. This milestone is an indication of your success. Soka University has rendered an admirable contribution in the field of higher education especially in the field of innovation and science education.

On behalf of Universiti Brunei Darussalam, I am heartened that we have remained steadfast partners and have kept strong ties since 2009. We are looking forward to continue our collaborative partnership between Universiti Brunei Darussalam and Soka University in 2021 and beyond.
