First of all, on behalf of the professors, lecturers, staffs and students from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, I would like to extend to you our warmest congratulation on the 50th Anniversary Celebration of Soka University! This is such a significant milestone that your university has much to be proud of.

Although we cannot attend the event physically due to the spread of Coronavirus, we are celebrating with you in our hearts and mind . I believe that the anniversary will be a successful and memorable occasion and it will also mark a turning point in the development of your university and strengthening the foundation for your university to continue to flourish in the coming years.

Since its establishment, Soka University has played a prominent role in fostering creative global citizens of the nation and the world, with its outstanding innovative approach in education . With the respected experience and prestigious leaders, I believe that Soka University will expand further and become the leading University in promoting and protecting the peace of humankind.

Since our first MOU signed in 2006, many students from both universities have enjoyed the enrichment of knowledge and experience, through the opportunity to travel and study in their partner's university. Based on the existing framework between the two universities, I hope that our mutual activities and existing cooperation linkage will be further developed in the time to come for the benefits of all.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express my high appreciation and sincere thanks for your continued and effective support in all cooperation activities with Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
