With your institution's rich heritage in pursuing academic excellence and peace for humankind, the 50th anniversary of Soka University will be a milestone that not only witnesses the fruitful accomplishments you have achieved since establishment, but also opens a new era to the cultivation of talents and contribution to the society.

Peking University and Soka University have forged the friendly ties since 1980s. Our partnership has been deepening and expanding, thanks to the continuous efforts of both sides through the forms of faculty and student exchanges, joint academic conferences, and delegation visits, etc. I am confident that, based on our shared objectives and areas of common interest, the two universities will continue to enhance our mutual understanding and explore the potentials for a prosperous cooperation in the future.
