Soka University and Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, walking toward "Super Global University" together, have deepened our collaboration since we signed our cooperation agreement in March 2017. The online lecture on Vietnamese we provided to your university in the 2020 academic year is one of the examples.

Our university is specialized in educational research on language, culture, society in the world and has learned many things from Soka University, which has a global network with universities around the world and collaborated with them in various fields. I look forward to further deepen our cooperation in education, research, and international collaboration.

Universities and students spent a challenging year in 2020 under the Covid 19. However, welcoming 2021 spring, I think some light is in sight. In post-covid 19, the roles of the university will be changed in the world and Japan. Toward a new era, I wish you further success under the leadership of President Baba.
