3rd AP Regular Meeting
Tuesday, October 17

The meeting discussed whether to resume accepting applications for SA positions

4th AP Regular Meeting
Tuesday, October 21

The meeting discussed the process of AP promotion by the Faculty of Business Administration in the coming year and the SA request form. The administrative office reported on the list of accepted SAs.

5th AP Regular Meeting

The meeting discussed the schedule for the facilitation training.

6th AP Regular Meeting
Friday, November 14

The meeting discussed the AL master training and proposed SA training. It was reported that the Faculty of Economics would hold an information session.

The meeting discussed AP coordinators’ roles and what the training in March would involve.

8th AP Regular Meeting
Friday, November 28

The meeting discussed faculty training, joint research with Ehime University, and requests from the Faculty of Nursing.

The meeting discussed the faculty training scheduled on January 7. The administrative office reported on part-time work for the AP and the status of budget implementation.

The meeting discussed the faculty training on January 7, the training for business administration faculty in March, and rubrics.

12th AP Regular Meeting
Friday, January 16

The meeting discussed rubrics, the AP forum in February, and pending issues. The Faculty of Business Administration reported on the ongoing SA training and the training on January 7.

13th AP Regular Meeting
Friday, January 23

The meeting discussed rubrics and external evaluation. It also reported and agreed on the AP forum in February, the review of the action learning training, a request from Hachinohe Institute of Technology, a request for a tour of Kansai University of International Studies, the AP training, and feedback from the faculty which had participated in the training.

14th AP Regular Meeting
Friday, January 30

The meeting discussed setting up a SPACe peer support organization for students and the report on program details to present to the University FD Committee[A1] . It also checked and reported on the status of the creation of high-performer indicators, the status of February’s AP forum, external evaluation commissioners, the review of the action learning training, the AP training session, and the schedule of the information session by the Faculty of Business Administration.

15th AP Regular Meeting

The meeting discussed the 2015 statement and the comprehensive agreement.
It also reported and agreed on the high-performer indicators, rubrics, the graduate survey, February’s AP forum, external evaluation commissioners, the list of courses in business administration and instructors, and the report on the use of SAs.
