The president leads the program following the PDCA cycle, and the vice president in charge of education and learning acts as the manager. The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), SPACe, and the General Education Center in the School for Excellence in Educational Development (SEED), cooperate in working with the faculties to carry out the plans.
