Considering the impact of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on guardians’ jobs, students’ part-time jobs, and the cost of preparing for the online classes during the spring semester, Soka University has decided to provide an emergency support benefit of 50,000 yen to all students.

Today, March 11th, details of the payment procedure have been posted on the student portal site (PLAS) under "Soka University Emergency Support Benefits Application Procedure." Please check your email for guidance on the remittance procedure, which will be sent to students' university email addresses on May 15.
