On Friday, April 28th, Zurat Gurbangeldiev, President of the International Relations University affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and Atadurdy Bayramov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan, visited the university. They had a discussion with President Masashi Suzuki and others in the central education building of the university.

President Gurbangeldiev stated, "We hope to further enhance the friendly exchange between our countries by organizing cultural events and lectures in collaboration with Soka University."

Two students from Turkmenistan studying in the Japanese language training program at the university also attended the discussion. Slay Seydova, a student in the program, mentioned, "Not only have I been able to pursue my studies, but I have also formed friendships with Japanese students and international students from around the world, leading to a fulfilling student life."
