IRISE held its 7th seminar of 2021 online.
Hyoden: Makiguchi Tsunesaburo (Makiguchi Tsunesaburo: A Critical Biography)
Professor Shiohara Masayuki (Visiting Researcher of IRISE)
Professor Shiohara, who was deeply involved in the writing of the books Hyoden: Makiguchi Tsunesaburo (Daisan Bunmeisha, published in June 2017) and Hyoden: Toda Josei (Daisan Bunmeisha, published in December 2019 and March 2021), presented his experiences and future prospects regarding the publication of critical biographies.
A lively Q&A session was held with the participants, making a productive and enriching seminar.
