To commemorate the 40th year anniversary of the publishing (March 20, 1975) of the dialogue between Founder Daisaku Ikeda and representative 20th century historian Dr. Arnold J. Toynbee, "CHOOSE LIFE," a "Daisaku Ikeda and Toynbee" (hosted by Soka University) was held in special exhibition space at Liberal Arts Building A Tower 1F.

Understanding, Friendship, and Peace --Daisaku Ikeda and China 
The "Understanding, Friendship and Peace --Daisaku Ikeda and China" was held to introduce the history of founder Daisaku Ikeda's Sino-Japanese friendship. The curtain raising ceremony was held on October 9, and about 140 people were in attendance including minister-counselor Bai Gang and many guests as well as students and teachers.

35th Year Anniversary of Founding Exhibition, "The New Human Revolution, See the Chapters of Soka University”
"The New Human Revolution, See the Chapters of Soka University”, an exhibition for the 35th year anniversary of the founding, was held. This exhibition focused on the chapters of "Soka University" of the new human revolution penned by the founder over 103 times, and introduced the history of Soka University following chapter stories.

An exhibition of "1,300 Translated Works", written by the founder and possessed by the Soka University Soka Education Research Center was held.
This exhibition was held as a renewed exhibition after the 1,000 Translated Works", written by the founder which was held in April received praise.

To commemorate the 150th honorary titles received by the founder, an exhibition of "1,000 Translated Works", written by the founder and possessed by the Soka University Soka Education Research Center (currently research institute) was held, and about 1,700 guests attended over the 13 days.
