About the Graduate School
Cultivating lawyers with a strong sense of mission and responsibility
By implementing small class sizes, we provide many opportunities for students to interact with faculty members who have diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we train legal professionals with rich humanity. In addition, by imparting advanced specialized legal knowledge, a wide range of culture, international qualities and a sense of responsibility, and professional ethics, we produce many legal professionals who are based on Founding Spirit.

In order to train independent legal professionals, we provide an education with the following three distinctive features.
Classes that bridge theory and practice
We have practical instructors and a wide range of practical training on essential facts, and we also offer practical training using a variety of legal precedents and examples.

Post-graduation career paths
Upon completing Law School, students are given a degree (J.D.) and are eligible to take the bar exam. Third-year students who meet certain requirements are also eligible to take the bar exam. The law profession is open to students from faculties other than Faculty of Law and those with work experience.
Achievements of graduates
We will continue to introduce graduates of our Law School who are active in a wide range of fields, including as judges, prosecutors, law firms, private companies, local governments, and the Legal Support Center.
