My current interest is in corporate transformation for sustainable growth.
The current business cannot continue forever, and when it enters a period of decline, it is necessary to prepare in advance for the transition to the next growth industry.
It is important to strengthen competitiveness. I am interested in what the key points are for companies to transform themselves into next-generation growth companies.
