research content | I have been conducting comparative research on civil litigation and other civil dispute resolution systems and procedures between Japan and China. In particular, by analyzing and examining the judicial reforms that were implemented in Japan and China at roughly the same time, I have clarified what is universal and what is unique, and have been researching the procedural structure. |
Research and Education Policy | In terms of research, I would like to deepen the examination of each procedure in both theory and practice. As for the educational policy, I would like to aim for students to choose a theme and ultimately write a thesis. |
Message | Civil litigation has technical aspects, such as how to conduct it efficiently and fairly, and also has ideological aspects, such as how disputes between private individuals should be resolved and how the state should be involved. Furthermore, differences in social structure and political systems are clearly reflected. It may seem difficult to get into, but I'm sure there is a topic that you can find interesting and tackle. |
