In this seminar, students are interested in a topic related to labor law and social security law (student proposes and decides on a specific topic), and each time, common parameters (topics to be covered) are: 1) the problem (why does such a problem arise), 2) the structure of the legal system (what is the current legal system like regarding that problem), 3) the way of thinking in case law and academic theory (what are the opinions of the courts and various experts about that problem), 4) comparative legal analysis and consideration (analyzing as much as possible what the systems in other countries are like regarding that problem), and other approaches from the students' own unique perspectives. The seminar is conducted in a style where students discuss the topic with each other to deepen their understanding and compile it into a single result. Some of the main themes that have been discussed in the exercises so far include "What do we think about the issues of death and suicide from overwork?", "What steps and measures are needed to eliminate black companies?", "What is the background to the increase in the number of households on welfare?", "What are the problems with the simultaneous entry system?", "Should child labor be eliminated?", "What can be done to increase the participation of female workers in society?", and "Should more emphasis be placed on employment measures for the elderly or employment measures for young people?"
