research content	In elementary school education, I have been involved in research and practice with the aim of spreading an educational environment that incorporates knowledge and information related to human rights into subjects and extracurricular activities, and fosters children who can take action. In addition, I am currently working with faculty and staff from other universities to develop a systematic approach to academic advising that promotes the growth and development of university students. As individuals involved with children, it is of course important to develop our educational skills, but we should also work together to develop the ability to influence those who share our educational environment.
