research content

Based on my experience as a lawyer engaged in corporate legal affairs and litigation, I would like to provide an opportunity for students to think about the law and legal issues from a practical perspective in this seminar. I would like to consider case precedents related to civil law and corporate law (commercial law) and events (news) occurring in society as topics.

We would like to focus on case law research based on themes that allow you to learn about the similarities and differences between the fields of civil law and corporate law (commercial law), but we will also incorporate other themes as appropriate depending on your interests and wishes.

I would like to study together with those who are aiming to go on Law School and those who want to study hard.

Message

I believe that how you spend your time as a student will greatly affect your career path and life after graduation. During my time as a student at Soka University, I was able to make many happy memories with my friends, but more than anything, the hard work and dedication I put into studying for the bar exam has become the foundation of my life so far, and I believe that passing the bar exam has allowed me to pursue a rewarding career as a lawyer.

Although your time at university may seem long, it goes by in the blink of an eye. While thinking about how you want to live your life in the future and what you want to aim for, please work hard on the tasks at hand and challenge yourself even in areas you are not good at. The stage on which Soka University students excel is expanding to all fields and the entire world. For the sake of your future, please steadily build up your strengths during your time at university, grow greatly, and soar with high aspirations.
