Profile
Specialized Field | Corporate Law |

Research theme | Duties and Responsibilities of Directors |
research content | Based on my experience as a lawyer engaged in corporate legal affairs and litigation, I would like to provide an opportunity for students to think about the law and legal issues from a practical perspective in this seminar. I would like to consider case precedents related to civil law and corporate law (commercial law) and events (news) occurring in society as topics. We would like to focus on case law research based on themes that allow you to learn about the similarities and differences between the fields of civil law and corporate law (commercial law), but we will also incorporate other themes as appropriate depending on your interests and wishes. |

Message | I believe that how you spend your time as a student will greatly affect your career path and life after graduation. During my time as a student at Soka University, I was able to make many happy memories with my friends, but more than anything, the hard work and dedication I put into studying for the bar exam has become the foundation of my life so far, and I believe that passing the bar exam has allowed me to pursue a rewarding career as a lawyer. |
