I have studied a wide range of international labor issues, including employment and labor standards in the context of globalization, safety and health management systems, and corporate social responsibility and labor.

Research and Education Policy

I would like to conduct research into human resource management based on the recognition that labor is not a commodity, but "must be worthy of human dignity."
