Studying alone will only make you arrogant, so I'm releasing my frustrations through sports, which not only refreshes my mind but also allows me to approach case law research with a fresher attitude.
During the hot summer, go to a seminar camp somewhere cool and after studying, enjoy events like sports and hiking.

Study civil law precedents

Seminar Introduction

In this seminar, we study civil law precedents. We use a collection of precedents as texts, pick out a precedent that interests us, and present what we have researched in depth in front of everyone. Sometimes we do LTD learning, where all the seminar students research a certain precedent and discuss various points in groups.

Message

I teach civil law, which is the norm for judicial decisions and the norm for everyday life.
Civil law is a field that broadly relates to private life, including ownership, contracts, claims for damages in tort, and inheritance.
It is also used as a question in bar exams, various national exams, and civil service exams.
Civil law is an academic field that develops and is shaped together with the real world, as evidenced by the many cases that have arisen in the real world and been litigated in court, which have become precedents and legal cases and have influenced civil law.
I think that studying civil law will make you interested in various issues in the real world.
Studying civil law can be difficult, as there are many articles in it, but try studying it all at once. By doing so, you will feel closer to the world than ever before, and your days will undoubtedly be filled with curiosity.
