Seminar Theme Research on international contract law

First, students will read English literature and give a presentation on the section they are responsible for. During the presentation, students will discuss any questions they may have and deepen their understanding.
Seminar Introduction

In the seminar, students will learn about English contract law, as well as international contract rules through English literature and Japanese reference materials, such as the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods and the Unidroit Principles of International Commercial Law. Through such learning, students are expected to acquire legal English skills.
