In the field of "internationality," Waseda University was ranked 8th (3rd in the Tokyo metropolitan area), the fifth consecutive time it has entered the top 10, and 62nd overall (20th among private universities), the highest ranking since the ranking began in 2017.
The ranking consists of 16 items in four areas: educational resources, educational fulfillment, educational outcomes, and internationality, and is designed to measure the educational capabilities of universities, such as student growth and learning outcomes, as well as the voices of current students.
In the field of internationality, in which Waseda University ranked eighth, we calculate and rank based on results such as "ratio of international students," "ratio of Japan students studying abroad," "ratio of courses taught in foreign languages," and "ratio of foreign faculty members."
