Academic Exchange Agreement Signed with Mzuzu University, Republic of Malawi

On Thursday, August 22, the signing ceremony of the Academic Exchange Agreement between the University of Malawi and the University of Muzuzu, Republic of Malawi was held in Global Square, attended by the Vice-President of the University, Mr. Singini of Wales, and the Yoshihide Akiya Chairperson, Board of Trustees and Mika Suzuki President of the University.
Founded in 1997, Muzuzu University is a national university with 29 departments in six faculties, including humanities and social sciences, environment, education, health, tourism and management, and science and technology, offering education from bachelor's to doctoral levels.
At the meeting, Vice President Singini said, "This is the first time that Soka University has signed an agreement with a university in Japan, and we will continue to exchange ideas through various programs and projects for the development of both countries."
President Suzuki said, "Our university has had close exchanges with several universities in Africa, and we are very honored to have a new exchange agreement with Muzuzu University."
