[Video] "Developing an edible spoon from discarded rice flour! Trial samples being offered at junior high school lunches!" released

As part of an educational project developed by students led by our university Faculty of Science and Engineering Shinsaku Maruta Seminar using "edible spoons" developed by upcycling rice flour, a by-product of the production process of Hachioji's ginjo sake "Takao no Tengu", we held a special class and tasting event at Hachioji City Minami-Osawa Junior High School in July this year.

This is a documentary video that explores the behind-the-scenes of Maruta Seminar's research capabilities and educational projects in collaboration with the community. Please take a look.
