On Thursday, October 23, 2025, the "2025 Professional Baseball Draft Meeting" was held, and Masahiro Tateishi (Faculty of Law 4th year) from the Soka University Baseball Club was the first pick in the draft, and after three teams competed, the Hanshin Tigers won the right to negotiate.
