AY 2025 Commencement Ceremony and 2026 Entrance Ceremony

　“AY 2025 Commencement Ceremony" and the "AY 2026 Entrance Ceremony" will be held as follows. (*For Soka women’s college students, please check the Soka women’s college website. For the students of the Distance Learning Division, please check the Distance Learning Division website.)

<52nd Soka University / 40th Soka Women’s College Commencement Ceremony>
【Date】March 18th, 2026 (Wed), 13:30 start of the ceremony (scheduled to end around 15:00)
【Venue】Ikeda Auditorium, Soka University　【Broadcasting Site】Gymnasium, Soka University
【Participation】Graduates of the class of 2025 and their parents/guardians/guarantors
*[Meeting time] For Graduates, reception will start at designated locations between 10:30 and 11:45.
Parents and guarantors are requested to arrive at the notified main site or Broadcasting LIVE site between 12:00 and 13:00.
Details will be notified to eligible applicants at the end of late February..
*After the ceremony, graduates will receive their diplomas at designated classrooms, so the ceremony is scheduled to end around 17:00

<56th Soka University Entrance Ceremony>
【Date】April 2nd, 2026 (Thu), 13:30 start of the ceremony (scheduled to end around 15:00)
【Venue】Ikeda Auditorium, Soka University　 【Broadcasting Site】Gymnastic, Soka University
【Participation】Enrolling students in April 2026 and their parents/guardians/guarantors
*[Meeting time] The new students are scheduled to meet by 10:00 in designated classrooms.
Parents and Guarantors (Undergraduate students) will also be invited to the "Parents Meeting by Faculty" from 10:00 in designated classrooms.
Parents and guarantors (Graduate students) are requested to arrive at the notified main site or Broadcasting LIVE site between 12:00 and 13:00.
Details will be notified to eligible students in mid-March.

<To parents/guardians/guarantors>
・The commencement ceremony will be held jointly by Soka University and Soka Women's College.
・Up to two parents/guardians/guarantors per graduate/new student will be invited to the main ceremony site or to the on-campus broadcast site.
・For parents and guarantors who are unable to attend the ceremony on campus, the ceremony will also be streamed online.
・Please use public transportation to come to the campus.

　Depending on the situation, the venue and the plans for the ceremony may change. If this occurs, an announcement will be posted on the university website. We are aware that the students, their families, and friends, as well as many others, have been looking forward to celebrating this significant new departure.
