Ambassador Louis Harold Joseph of the Republic of Haiti to Japan visits APU

On Wednesday, January 14, the Ambassador of the Republic of Haiti to Japan, Louis Harold Joseph, and his delegation visited the university and met with the Mika Suzuki presidents of the university.

At the meeting, Ambassador Joseph touched on the history of Latin America, which achieved the first independence of Latin America based on the human-centered philosophy, and said that it is important to enhance educational opportunities for young people who will create the era of the future.

President Suzuki introduced the unique features of the global citizenship education that our university has cultivated since its founding, and expressed his hopes for further development of educational and research exchanges with the country.
