■ Professor Sagara's comments
I was asked to appear on the program to speak about the anxieties and uncertainties that many families feel when their children enter kindergarten or elementary school, drawing on my experience as a working mother and my professional perspective. While the busy schedules of teachers and the challenges of the school environment often receive attention, I believe that in order to support children, it is important for families and communities, not just schools, to connect with each other. I hope that through this appearance, I can provide some reassurance and encourage mutual support to those involved in childcare and education.
