The weekly Toyo Keizai special issue, "Truly Strong Universities 2026," has been published, and in its evaluation of 544 universities including national, public, and private institutions, Soka University was ranked 6th among private universities (18th overall among national, public, and private universities).
This ranking is based on a quantitative evaluation conducted by Toyo Keizai Inc. from four perspectives: "educational and research capabilities," "employability," "financial strength," and "international capabilities." The top 300 universities are published, and Soka University received a high overall score of 58.0.
