We held a special event with educational YouTuber Haichi titled "A Goal That Seems Too Far Away. But This is How I Fought."

To coincide with the open campus on Sunday, July 12, we welcomed educational YouTuber Hajime (with 2.2 million subscribers) as the instructor, and held a special event in a hybrid format both Global Square and online at our university. The event was aimed at junior high and high school students aiming for university and their parents, giving lectures on study methods for the future and ways to boost motivation, with about 300 participants.

Following an introduction by our university's Vice President Akio Nishiura, Mr. Yoichi gave a lecture titled "A Goal That Was Too Far. Yet This Is How I Fought Against It." Reflecting on his life and exam experiences so far, he spoke about setting goals and mindset to continue acting with 101% effort and making the path you chose the right one.

Participants received the following feedback:
- Both Mr. Yoichi's lecture and Vice President Nishiura's introduction to the university were captivating stories, and time flew by. I hope to use the mindset of positivity and challenge yourself as a reference for future exam preparations. (High school student)
・I learned that experiences of setbacks can become a springboard that leads to actions and results. When I feel like giving up or when I'm struggling, I remember Yoichi's story and want to take on a challenge. (Junior high school student)
- Mr. Yoichi's talk was very easy to understand and very helpful. I was moved by his attitude of encouraging the children, including his own experiences. (Parent)
