"Soka University Study Abroad Information Session" held in Taiwan

From Saturday, August 22 to Sunday, August 23, Soka University held study abroad information sessions in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung cities in Taiwan, with about 150 high school students and their parents participating.

At each information session, after screening a university introduction video, local alumni and current students presented their reasons for applying to Soka University and stories about overcoming difficulties in student life. In the comprehensive session, Vice Dean Nobuyuki Kanazawa International Affairs Office and others introduced the university overview and the achievements of our students. They then explained the entrance examination system, tuition and scholarship programs, student dormitories, employment and career support, and even the Department of Green Technology of the Faculty of Science and Technology.
During individual consultations after the briefing, there was a proactive discussion about Japanese language requirements, the special course system, and the entrance examination system for studying abroad.

The participants shared the following feedback:
I gained a deeper understanding of Soka University by learning about its unique learning characteristics, student life, and career paths after graduation. I felt that it is an environment where children can learn and grow with peace of mind. (Taipei City/Parent)
