[Important] Revision of undergraduate tuition fees for students entering in the 2027 academic year
We sincerely appreciate your continued understanding and support of our university's educational and research activities.
At our university, under the philosophy of 'Students First,' we have strived to maintain and improve the quality of education and research, while also making various management efforts. However, recent changes in social conditions, including rising prices, have had a significant impact on the increased expenses supporting educational and research activities, such as utility costs, information and communication environment development costs, and maintenance and renewal costs for facilities and equipment.
Therefore, in order to continue maintaining a high-quality educational and research environment and supporting the learning of each student, tuition fees will be revised starting with undergraduate entrants in the 2027 academic year. There will be no change in tuition fees for undergraduate students enrolled before the 2026 academic year. Also, there will be no changes to tuition fees for graduate school and Professional Graduate School students admitted in the 2027 academic year. Distance Learning Division tuition will also be revised starting from the 2027 academic year. For more details, please see here.
Our university has also worked to explain and understand the revisions through university-wide councils involving students during tuition revisions. Going forward, in addition to utilizing the national "New System for Supporting Higher Education Studies," we will expand our university's unique grant-type (non-refundable) scholarships, provide financial support, and further enhance the educational and research environment for the growth of each student.
We kindly ask students and parents to bear the burden due to the current socioeconomic situation, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
