Faculty Overview

Let's learn. Let's create. Ideas that bring happiness.

The program is characterized by practical learning based on economic and management theories, where students work to solve actual problems while also honing their leadership and English skills.
Students choose a course of study from their second year onwards, but regardless of the course of study they choose, they are free to take any subjects that interest them.
This allows students to learn more freely and broadly, tailored to their individual interests.

Faculty Features 01

Step-by-step deepening of expertise that will surely open up your future

Students select a course of study in the spring semester of their second year. In the fall semester of their second year, they then select two or more subjects (modules) from eight subject groups, allowing them to gradually and reliably acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for their future goals. This will allow students to steadily deepen the expertise required for their chosen career path, and develop into individuals who can play an active role in society.

Faculty Features 02

"Bring out each other's individuality"
Developing future leadership

Our university develops the leadership skills required for the coming era through the Humanistic Leadership Program (HLP), which students take from their first to second year. In the HLP, rather than simply "pushing" members, the emphasis is on "bringing out each other's individuality." As we aim to solve social issues, we deeply explore what we can do as a team, leveraging each member's strengths and cultivating the ability to bring about positive change.

Faculty Features 03

Acquire English at a level that can be used for both business and study abroad

In addition to being able to study in classes based on proficiency level, students can steadily improve their English skills according to their career goals, such as studying abroad at the faculty's own overseas business school, long-term study abroad including exchange programs, or continuing on to graduate school abroad in the future.

Faculty Features 04

Learn high-level economic theory in small groups through the selective program "HOPE"

For students who wish to study economics in depth at a higher level, we offer a special selection program called "HOPE." In this program, a small number of selected students will work together to deepen their understanding of advanced economic theory.
