○ Practical workshops to develop new leadership skills that make the most of each individual
We offer a new leadership education centered on humanism. From the first to second year, students will learn step by step in practical workshops that address actual issues in companies and communities, and will develop leadership and team-building skills that make the most of each individual's individuality. Then, from the second half of the second year, students will move on to specialized seminars, building on what they have learned so far to further develop leadership skills that can be used in society and increase their expertise.
Three study courses and a wide range of subjects to broaden your future possibilities
Students can choose from three courses, "Global Leader Course," "Business Design Course," and "Finance and Financial Professional Course," to study with a view to their future careers after graduation. In addition, from the spring semester of the second year, eight subject groups (modules) that combine economics and business administration subjects by theme are available, allowing students to deepen their knowledge in areas of close interest and acquire a wide range of knowledge that will be useful in the future by studying different fields in combination.

We also offer a variety of programs, such as selective English classes for those who wish to study abroad long-term, semester study abroad at the faculty's own business school, and short-term study abroad in Hawaii and the UK, allowing students to hone their English skills to connect with the world.
○Special program to develop people who can play an active role on the world stage (HOPE)
We implement a special program (HOPE) for select students to develop leaders who can contribute to the global economy and society, as well as human resources who can contribute to local communities.
