My application has been accepted for the JST "Next Generation Researcher Challenging Research Program (SPRING) FY2027 Call for Proposals".

Our university's doctoral program has recently been selected for the "Next Generation Researcher Challenging Research Program (SPRING) FY2027 Call for Proposals" offered by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).

The title of our university's project is "SOKA-SPRING: In silico, in vitro, in vivo, in mundo Integrated Doctoral Human Resource Development Program ver.2". In this program, outstanding and motivated doctoral students will be selected from the fields of information science, bioscience, environmental science, social science, and humanities. Through career development and training content and interaction among diverse students from various fields and nationalities, we will encourage them to acquire knowledge and skills outside their specialization and cultivate a broad perspective that integrates these elements.

Through these activities, we aim to cultivate transferable skills, foster a broad perspective and international/social awareness, cultivate autonomy, creativity, and leadership, and deepen understanding of diverse career paths. This will promote activities that consistently and sustainably produce high-quality, interdisciplinary doctoral graduates.
