Vehicle (motorcycle and car) registration system

Students who use motorcycles or cars to commute to school must register their vehicles.
Only registered vehicles may use the University's student parking or bicycle parking areas.

New and renewal registration

Sticker registration. Receive the designated vehicle registration application form (Student Affairs Department) → Submit to Student Affairs Department. Stickers will be issued immediately.
(Please make sure to place the sticker in a visible location on your bike.)

Notes

Any unregistered person using a bicycle parking lot will be treated as a violating vehicle, and not only will the vehicle be subject to removal and disposal, but the unregistered person themselves may also be subject to disciplinary action.

*The university assumes no responsibility for any accidents, vandalism (incidents), or theft that occur within the bicycle parking lot.
*Please refrain from parking your bicycle overnight (from 9pm to 7am the following morning). There have been many incidents of bicycle theft and vandalism.
*Vehicles that are left parked for a long period of time will be removed. The removal costs will be charged to the owner.
*Please do not park your bicycle anywhere other than the bicycle parking area. This will cause inconvenience to the neighborhood and lower the social standing of the university and its students.
*If you cause a traffic accident or are punished by the police for violating traffic rules, your permission to use the bicycle parking lot may be revoked.

Notice from Hachioji City Hall

The procedure for scrapping your moped must be completed by the end of March.
You must report your vehicle when it is scrapped, transferred, stolen, or moved out of the city.
