本年10月、本学経営学部教員が執筆した章を含む書籍
『Global Leadership for Equity and Inclusion in Education: Geopolitical Issues, Diverse Perspectives, and Critical Praxis』
が出版されました。

 

本書は、本学国際教養学部に所属されていたマリア・グアハルド名誉教授が編集者の一人として取りまとめたものです。

経営学部の波多野一真教授、泉谷道子准教授、リム・タイウェイ教授による共著章
「Human Revolution: The Context of Socially Responsible Leadership Identity Development」では、個人の根本的な変革を意味する人間革命の理念が、特に市民性教育の遅れが指摘される日本において、社会的責任を伴うリーダーシップ・アイデンティティの発達にいかに寄与するかを考察しています。従来の垂直的トップダウン型から、自己認識や誠実性、社会的責任を重視する協働型リーダーシップへと転換する現代社会において、創価教育が提示する独自の視点は、新しいリーダーシップ育成の可能性を提供するものです。
