Fees

Type A: JPY520,000 per 1 year or JPY260,000 per a semester
Type B: JPY496,000 per 1 year or JPY248,000 per a semester
*The above-mentioned fees are based on AY2026.

The housing fees may be considered to revise due to the financial situation of the University.
The monthly payment is NOT available.
Electricity fees, gas fees, and water fees need to be paid in addition to the rent.
JPY10,000 as a deposit for the gas fee must be paid when moving in.
Fire insurance is included in the rent.
