A thesis by lecturer Takayuki Sakuma of Soka University’s Faculty of Economics, titled “Homotopy Analysis Method Applied SABR and XVA,” was carried in Wilmott magazine. This professional journal is widely read by those working in financial institutions worldwide, including at hedge funds and investment banks. Many models introduced in the magazine are actually used in financial institutions.

Lecturer Sakuma shared: “I am glad that, through my paper being carried in the magazine, I am able to let the name of Soka University be known to the Quants industry, even if just a little. This April will mark the fourth year since I started working at Soka University. I will devote myself further to my research and education.”
