On July 23 (Tuesday), the party of Vice President Yuan Jun from GuangDong Academy Of Social Sciences of China visited Soka University and met with Soka University President Yoshihisa Baba and others.
　
GuangDong Academy Of Social Sciences was established in 1958 with the purpose of community development in Guangdong and research into social and cultural issues. Currently, it is a university that is home to research centers focusing on economics, social studies, law, geography, philosophy, literature, and history. It tied an academic exchange agreement with Soka University in 2016 and has continued programs involving educational exchange.

Vice President Yuan shared, “We would like to continue promoting exchanges, and together, we’d like to foster capable people that can shoulder the friendship between Japan and China.”
