The ILE: TESOL Program was definitely a life changing experience for me. Every graduate class is carefully designed to meet the needs of students once they graduate. I have used every single lesson I learnt in TESOL at my workplace, and thanks to the rigorous schedule and deadlines of the program, I was thoroughly trained to work in an environment that requires a high level of efficiency and professionalism. The teachers were extremely approachable and compassionately strict. Thanks to the Practicum and the training in WLC, from the first day that I started working, I felt prepared. Our ILE professors still check in on us and support us in every way possible (even though I graduated 4 years ago) and I strongly appreciate their encouragement and advice. I am a proud alumnus of the ILE: TESOL Program and feel lucky to be part of this network of capable and inspiring educators.
