I have never worked so hard or studied so much as I did in my two years in the ILE: TESOL Program. However, the great part about the small number of students in this program is that we all became very close friends and we supported each other through all of our courses. Also, the professors in the program were our strongest support. Now, I have been teaching English in high school for almost two years and the one thing that has stuck with me since I graduated is confidence. When I first started teaching, I felt so prepared and so confidant because I knew that I had such a strong base that I built in the ILE: TESOL Program. I am so grateful for the confidence and also the amazing network of teacher friends who also graduated from the program. I hope that many more future educators will gather from around the world to be a part of our ILE family!
