Soka University Glycan and Life Systems Integration Center (GaLSIC) held the 27th colloquium in person on May 9, 2025, inviting Professor Emeritus Tadasu Urashima from Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine as a lecturer. He gave a talk entitled “Evolution of Milk Oligosaccharides: Origin and Selectivity of the Milk Oligosaccharide/Lactose Ratio among Mammals” (tentative translation).
