入寮誓約書(見本)/ Dormitory Terms of Agreement for International Students (Sample)/ 입사서약서 (견본)
寮を希望される方は、事前に誓約書をお読みください。
誓約書は来日後のオリエンテーションで記入していただきます。
Those who wish to apply for the dormitory are required to read the Dormitory Terms of Agreement in advance.
The Dormitory Terms of Agreement will be filled out during the orientation after arrival in Japan.

来日後のオリエンテーションで記入して頂きます。
すべての注意事項の内容をよく読んでください。
You will be required to fill this out during the orientation after your arrival in Japan.
Please read all the instructions carefully.
일본 입국 후에 열리는 오리엔테이션에서 기입하는 서류입니다. 모든 주의 사항을 잘 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
資格外活動許可/ Permission for Extracurricular Activities
在留資格が「留学」の場合、日本でアルバイトやボランティア活動などの様々な活動をするためには、「資格外活動許可」の申請が必要です。「資格外活動許可」の申請は、空港での入国審査時にも可能で、その場で許可証が交付されますので、空港で申請するようにしてください。
許可が下りると、在留カードの裏面下部に印刷されます。出発前に以下の申請書を印刷して記入し、空港の入国審査で提出してください。
If your residency status is "Student," you must apply for "Permission for Extracurricular Activities" in order to engage in part-time work, volunteer activities, or other various activities in Japan. You can apply for this permission during immigration inspection at the airport, and the permit will be issued on the spot, so please make sure to apply at the airport.
Once approved, it will be printed on the lower back side of your residence card. Before departure, please print and complete the application form below and submit it at immigration inspection at the airport.
