SATREPS-EARTH Project Members Visit WFP Ethiopia Office

On March 11, eight project members visited the WFP Ethiopia Office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to exchange views on the utilization of food products containing spirulina. 

WFP representatives expressed strong interest in the nutritional impact study of spirulina-enriched buns conducted at elementary schools in the Amhara Region, Ethiopia, as part of Theme 4 activities.

The project team and WFP agreed to continue discussions on potential collaboration beyond the duration of the project.
